Refund Policy

Welcome to our refund and policy page. Here, you will find all the information you need to know about our policies and procedures for refunds. We are committed to providing a high-quality service to all of our customers and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for a refund.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. If you are not satisfied with the final product, we encourage you to use your revision opportunities to resolve any issues. Refunds are not provided for work already completed or for cancellations after the project has started.

Once your mail is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund application. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
